Thirteen AMFM centers receive Five, Four-Star ratings from Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for final 2021 rating
Charleston, W.Va. – Five American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for November and December. Four-Stars were awarded to eight additional AMFM centers.
A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources. Then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.
The following have received a Five-Star Rating:
• Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• McDowell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• Clay Health Care Center
• Bridgeport Health Care Center
Lincoln, Clarksburg, Wayne, Fayette, Summers Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (N&RC), and Hillcrest, Braxton, and Greenbrier Health Care Centers (HCC) received a Four-Star rating. Cameron N&RC, Cabell, and Taylor HCCs all received a Three-Star Rating.
AMFM operates 19 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout West Virginia. The care centers are in Braxton, Boone, Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Hardy, Harrison (Clarksburg & Bridgeport), Greenbrier, Lincoln, Mason, Marshall, McDowell, Mercer, Summers, Taylor, Wayne, Webster, and Wyoming counties.
AMFM’s mission is “to exemplify excellence in quality care to our customers by providing an environment that enhances personal growth, individuality, dignity and respect.”
