Ten AMFM centers receive Five, Four-Star ratings from Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for June 2020
Charleston, W.Va. – Five American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for June. Four-Stars were awarded to five additional AMFM centers.
A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources. Then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.
The following have received a Five-Star Rating:
• Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• Clarksburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• Clay Health Care Center
McDowell, Wayne, Cameron, Fayette and Summers Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (N&RC) received a Four-Star rating. Wyoming N&RC, Braxton, Bridgeport, Hillcrest and Taylor Health Care Centers (HCC) all received a Three-Star Rating.
AMFM operates 18 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout West Virginia. The care centers are in Braxton, Boone, Clay, Cabell, Summers, Fayette, Hardy, Greenbrier, Webster, Wayne, McDowell, Lincoln, Wyoming, Harrison (Clarksburg & Bridgeport), Marshall, Taylor and Mercer counties.
AMFM’s mission is “to exemplify excellence in quality care to our customers by providing an environment that enhances personal growth, individuality, dignity and respect.”
