Charleston, W.Va. – Six American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Four or Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for the month of February.

A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources, and then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.

E.A. Hawse, Webster, Wayne and Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (N&RC) all received a Five-Star rating. Lincoln and Webster N&RC both recently received deficiency-free state inspections.

Clarksburg and Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers both received Four-Star ratings for February.

Additionally, Bridgeport Health Care Center (HCC) has earned their first star rating as a member of the AMFM family. The newest AMFM center received a Three-Star Rating and joins Hillcrest HCC and Wyoming N&RC.

Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, who received a deficiency-free state inspection, should move up in their star-ratings due to their perfect state inspection.

AMFM’s mission is “to exemplify excellence in quality care to our customers by providing an environment that enhances personal growth, individuality, dignity and respect.”
