Charleston, W.Va. – Seven American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Four or Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for the month of December.
A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive, and E.A. Hawse, Webster and Wayne Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers all received the Five-Star rating. Four other centers all received a Four-Star rating. Those facilities were Lincoln, Wyoming, Clarksburg and Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers.
The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels.
AMFM’s mission is “to exemplify excellence in quality care to our customers by providing an environment that enhances personal growth, individuality, dignity and respect.”
