Charleston, W.Va. – Seven American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers rank in the top 10% in the nation for customer or employee satisfaction and will receive the National Research Corporation’s (NRC) “Excellence in Action Award.”
The award is given exclusively to NRCH clients and recognizes the highest excellence in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and independent living organizations. To qualify for the award, organizations must achieve overall customer or workforce satisfaction levels that score within the top 10% of the
NRC is an independent survey company that collects and analyzes data from thousands of long-term care and rehabilitation centers throughout the United States
“These results show a trend not only in our AMFM centers, but nationally customer satisfaction levels, as well as quality provided, continue to go up in skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers,” said Brandon S. Totten, Community Relations Manager for AMFM.
Clarksburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received both the Excellence in Action Award for Customer and Workforce Satisfaction. Clarksburg N&RC had 100% of residents and families surveyed who rated their overall satisfaction with facility services as “excellent and good,” and 96% of employees surveyed rated their overall satisfaction as “excellent and good.”
Lincoln N&RC also received the Excellence in Action Award for Customer and Workforce Satisfaction Excellence in Action Award. Lincoln N&RC had 100% of residents and families who rated their overall satisfaction with facility services as “excellent and good,” and 100% of employees who rated their overall job satisfaction as “excellent and good.”
The national average for families is 88% and residents are 91%.
Five other AMFM centers won the Excellence in Action Award for Employee Satisfaction. Fayette, E. A. Hawse, Lincoln, McDowell, Mercer and Webster all received the award for having employee satisfaction levels above 90%. The national average is only 54% for employee satisfaction.
AMFM operates 18 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout West Virginia. They operate in Braxton, Boone, Clay, Cabell, Summers, Fayette, Hardy, Webster, Wayne, McDowell, Lincoln, Wyoming, Harrison (Clarksburg & Bridgeport), Marshall, Mercer and Taylor counties.
