Nine AMFM centers receive Five, Four-Star ratings from CMS Nursing Home Compare program for January 2023 rating

Four American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Nursing Home Compare program for January 2023. CMS award Four-Star ratings to five additional AMFM centers. 

A Five-Star rating is the highest possible rating that a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources. These ratings are then combined to calculate an overall rating.

The following have received a Five-Star Rating:

  • E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
  • Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
  • McDowell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
  • Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Four-star ratings were awarded to Summers and Wayne Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (NRC) and Bridgeport, Hillcrest and Taylor Health Care Centers (HCC). Three-star ratings were awarded to Cameron, Clarksburg and Lincoln NRCs and Cabell, Clay and Greenbrier HCCs.
