Nine AMFM centers receive Five, Four-Star ratings from CMS Nursing Home Compare program in April update
Charleston, W.Va. – Five American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Nursing Home Compare program for April 2022. Four-Star ratings were awarded to four additional AMFM centers.
A Five-Star rating is the highest possible rating that a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources. These ratings are then combined to calculate an overall rating.
The following have received a Five-Star Rating:
• Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• McDowell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
• Clay Health Care Center
• Bridgeport Health Care Center
Four-star ratings were awarded to Summers, Wayne, Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers, and Hillcrest Health Care Center. Three-star ratings were awarded to Fayette and Lincoln NRCs and Greenbrier and Taylor Health Care Centers.
