Charleston, W.Va. – Four American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program through April of 2019.

A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources, and then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.

The following centers have received a Five-Star Rating:

• Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

• E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

• McDowell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

• Clay Health Care Center

Lincoln, Wayne, Cameron and Clarksburg N&RC received a Four-Star rating. Summers and Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers, and Hillcrest and Bridgeport Health Care Centers all received a Three-Star Rating.
