Charleston, W.Va. – Four American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program through February of 2019.
A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources, and then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.

The following centers have received a Five-Star Rating:

• Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

• Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

• E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

• Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Summers, Wayne, Cameron, Clarksburg, Mercer N&RC and Hillcrest Health Care Center (HCC) received a Four-Star rating. Four other centers received the Three-Star rating. Those centers are Wyoming N&RC, Braxton, Bridgeport and Clay HCCs.
