Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Debuts New Renovations to the Public

Fayetteville, W.Va. – Fayette Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (NRC) showcased its newly renovated facility at an open house on Thursday, April 28.

A member of the American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) family, Fayette NRC opened in 1984 and is a 60-person award-winning care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home, and long-term care services.

The nearly $2.5 million renovation investment features a new entryway, furnishings, art, nurse call and secure care systems, and more. The updates are meant to provide a more modern, homelike atmosphere for residents. 

“From the design to the décor, every detail was carefully chosen to achieve the warm and welcoming atmosphere we strive to offer our residents,” said Susan Richmond, Fayette NRC Executive Director. “We’re proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility, and we hope the community will take pride in it for many years to come.”

AMFM operates 19 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout West Virginia. The care centers are located in Braxton, Boone, Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Hardy, Harrison (Clarksburg & Bridgeport), Greenbrier, Lincoln, Mason, Marshall, McDowell, Mercer, Summers, Taylor, Wayne, Webster, and Wyoming counties.
