Charleston, W.Va. – American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM), operator of 16 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout West Virginia, received high overall satisfaction scores from residents, families and employees according to My InnerView (MIV), an independent survey company that collects and analyzes data from more than 16,000 long-term care centers throughout the United States.
AMFM had an average score of 96% of families who rated their overall satisfaction with the quality care and services provided as “excellent and good.” The average national overall satisfaction rate is 89%.
Residents in AMFM centers also reported higher levels of overall satisfaction with center services than the national average. The national overall satisfaction rate is 91%, while 95% of AMFM residents reported their overall satisfaction as “excellent and good.”
AMFM had 87% of employees who rated their overall satisfaction with employment as “excellent and good,” while the national average is 68%.
Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cowen, scored 100% in overall satisfaction from families, residents and employees, and was the only center to score perfectly across all categories.
AMFM operates in Braxton, Boone, Clay, Cabell, Summers, Fayette, Hardy, Webster, Wayne, McDowell, Lincoln, Wyoming, Harrison, Marshall and Mercer counties.
