AMFM Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers “Share the Love” by offering COVID-19 vaccines to patient, employee family members

Charleston, W.Va. - AMFM Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (AMFM) are excited to announce all employee and patient family members are being offered the COVID-19 vaccine through AMFM COVID Vaccination Clinics. AMFM, along with support from their partner pharmacy, Lifetree Pharmacy, will provide vaccines for family members meeting eligibility requirements.

“This is exciting for us and is an extra layer of protection for our patients, employees, and their families,” said AMFM President Todd Jones. “Not only do we care for our patients and employees, but we care about their family members and our community as well.”

No appointments are necessary. Please arrive on the date and between the scheduled clinic times listed.
