15 centers receive 100% overall satisfaction on resident surveys
Charleston, W.Va. – The 2019 results are in from a recent survey conducted by My InnerView (MIV), and American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) had another milestone year in providing quality care to customers and creating a positive work environment for employees.
AMFM centers scored higher than national averages for resident, family and employee on overall satisfaction with facility services and as a place of employment.
“This feedback has been critical to our teams in continuing to provide quality care to our residents and our communities,” said Vice-President of Compliance for AMFM Tammy Jo Painter. “We are proud of each AMFM team that has continued providing the type of care that earned them national awards and headlines last year.”
From the residents receiving care in each AMFM center, 15 out of AMFM’s 18 centers received an overall satisfaction score of 100%. The national average score across the United States is 88%. AMFM centers averaged 97% overall satisfaction.
Four centers received 100% satisfaction from families who have a loved one at an AMFM center. Braxton Health Care Center, Bridgeport Health Care Center, Cameron and Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers received perfect scores from families.
Three centers earned distinctions as top performers, which were designated by rating in the top 10% on the following global questions:
- How would you rate your overall satisfaction with this facility?
- What is your recommendation of this facility to others?
Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is designated as a Top Performer for Family Quality of Life, Quality of Care and Quality of Service. Braxton Health Care Center is a Top Performer in Overall Satisfaction and Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation is a Top Performer in Recommendation to Others.
