Charleston, W.Va. – AMFM Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers is pleased to announce a continuing partnership with NRC Health to manage and oversee the organization’s customer and employee experience measurements and to offer guidance for improvement. Patients and employees will have access to the surveys at their facility, and family members should be watching for surveys to arrive soon.

Feedback from last year’s surveys shot AMFM into the national patient care spotlight. AMFM earned the 2019 Customer Approved Award and the 2019 Employee Approved Award from Lincoln, Nebraska–based healthcare-intelligence firm NRC Health. The award recognizes senior-care organizations across the country for creating an outstanding experience for customers and employees.

Out of the top 20 organizations ranked, AMFM ranked in 7th place for customer satisfaction, and in 2nd place nationally for employee satisfaction.

AMFM will survey patients, family members and employees to identify potential areas of improvement for care. The survey measurements will begin by the end of November and AMFM will have access to its patient experience scores, as well as the latest best practices information for improving the patient experience from other nationally recognized healthcare systems throughout the year.

“We encourage everyone that receives a survey to fill one so we can look at the areas we do well at, and the areas we can improve,” said AMFM Vice President of Compliance Tammy Jo Painter. “Additionally, it gives us an excellent measuring stick with health care providers across the nation.”
