About Taylor Health Care Center:
Taylor Health Care Center (HCC) is the 18th center to become a member of the AMFM family. The center is located about 20 miles from the Clarksburg metro area.
Taylor HCC received the 2019 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
The Grafton City Hospital Ladies Auxiliary (GCHLA) from Taylor Health Care Center were recognized for their outstanding volunteer work. The eight volunteers are the 2019 Adult Volunteer of the Year Award recipients from WVHCA.
The GCHLA received the award at the WVHCA’s Annual Convention and Awards Gala at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place on Tuesday, May 21. The convention and awards banquet recognize the best in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living centers in W.Va.
“The auxiliary members don’t know the word ‘no,’” said Phillip Donnelly, executive director for Taylor Health Care Center (HCC). “They represent the best in us.”
Taylor HCC received a deficiency-free health inspection five months after joining the AMFM family.
