Job Description

The RN in this position will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), which includes the Minimum Data Set (MDS), in accordance with state requirements, federal programs and policies of the facility. Candidates must be a licensed -Registered Nurse in WV. Experience with MDS, PPS and EDS is desired, along with excellent clinical assessment and organizational skills.
