For more than 25 years, American Medical Facilities Management, LLC
has been providing quality, skilled nursing and long-term
care to generations of families and communities.
As the largest West Virginia
owned and operated long-term care company with 11
facilities statewide, AMFM prides itself in leading
W.Va. in the quality of care provided to their patients
and the communities in which each AMFM care centers
reside.
