Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing, long-term care center in Fayetteville, W.Va.  The care center also specializes in short-term rehabilitation care such as physical, speech and occupational therapy.

Fayette Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is located in Fayetteville, the “Coolest Small Town” in America.  Fayette N&RC opened as the Christian Nursing Home in 1984.  In 1985, a West Virginia based company; American Medical Facilities Management purchased the facility. As a smaller facility, our staff gets to know the patients and alter our care plan to fit the needs of the individual. 

There are four private rooms and 28 semi-private rooms each with a private bathroom.  Our rooms offer television cable and private telephone access.  A Register Nurse is on duty at least eight hours per day. 

Those services include Family and Resident Council, social opportunities, events and celebrations, a nutritional meal and menu services supervised by registered dieticians and a Certified Dietary Manager and van/transportation services for community trips and scheduled doctors’ appointments.
